TEAM ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENTS

When appropriate, besides assessing team dynamics by interviewing team members, we also use various instruments to gather more detailed information about team members’ style and personality such as:

  • Team Survey® - A team diagnostic that assists your team in evaluating its strengths and weaknesses against the characteristics of a high performance team. Using this data, a team is able to develop a practical and focused action plan for team development.

  • Team Profile® - This unique diagnostic allows your team to graphically identify its stage of team development, and see the potential that could be obtained by achieving higher levels of team effectiveness.

  • The Personal DISCernment® Inventory is the basic instrument in the DISC Profile System, and offers an opportunity for you to identify your unique temperament. It not only provides a detailed description of your particular behavioral style, but also assists you in developing a comprehensive list of both strengths and weaknesses that help or hinder your effectiveness in various settings. Application booklets can be purchased separately to focus on specific issues related to style such as teamwork, sales, communication, time management and leadership.

  • The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® is an instrument that "indicates" a person's likely psychological type. This information can be applied to many types of situations, including individual and team development and conflict resolution. It describes the different ways people prefer dealing with information and making decisions, what energizes them and how structured they are.

  • Conflict Profile® - Conflict is a natural obstacle, inherent in almost any team effort. The Conflict Profile will help your team members to recognize the various conflict styles and navigate smoothly through an otherwise team-breaking situation.
